■ About returns and exchanges
Only unused items can be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days after the product arrives. Please contact us by email or phone.
●Cases in which our store bears the shipping costs for returns and exchanges
・If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
・When you have delivered a product different from the product you ordered, etc.
●Cases in which the customer bears the shipping costs for returns and exchanges
・If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own convenience.
・In case of return due to reasons such as image difference or mismatch
・If it is not defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, etc.
●If exchange is not possible
・Sold out or difficult to obtain
・We will refund the full price of the returned product.
In the case of returning goods with free shipping
・If you return an item ordered with free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
●Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Items that have passed 7 days since they arrived without contacting us
・Products that have been used once
・When the product, product box, instruction manual, etc. is soiled or damaged
・Made-to-order products ・Products with laser engraving such as names (Returns and exchanges due to defects will be accepted.)
■ About refund
Please note that if a refund is issued due to the customer's personal preference, the shipping fee, cash-on-delivery fee, and transfer fee will not be refunded.
●When using credit card payment
・Refunds will be made by resubmitting or canceling the billing to the credit company.
●Other payment methods
・Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the designated bank account.
・The transfer fee at the time of transfer will be borne by the customer.
■ About long-term absence and refusal to receive
If the product is returned due to a long absence after shipment or refusal to receive it, the product will be canceled and the round-trip shipping fee will be charged.
