Returns & Refunds
■ Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for unused items only. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us by email or phone.
●Cases where we cover the return/exchange shipping cost
・The item arrived defective or damaged
・We shipped an item different from what you ordered, etc.
●Cases where the customer covers the return/exchange shipping cost
・Returns or exchanges requested for the customer's own reasons
・Returns due to the item not matching expectations, not fitting, etc.
・Cases not involving a defect, damage, or shipping error, etc.
●When an exchange is not possible
・When the item is sold out or otherwise unavailable
・We will refund the full purchase price of the returned item.
●Returns of items with free shipping
・If you return an order that qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
●We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
・Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery without contacting us
・Items that have already been used
・Items where the product, its box, or the instructions have been soiled or damaged
・Made-to-order items or items with laser engraving such as name engraving (we do accept returns/exchanges for such items in the case of a defect)
■ About Refunds
If a refund is issued for a return made for the customer's own reasons, please note that shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and bank transfer fees are not eligible for reimbursement.
●For credit card payments
・Refunds will be issued by re-processing or cancelling the charge with the credit card company.
●For other payment methods
・Refunds will be issued by bank transfer to an account you specify.
・The customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
■ Extended Absence or Refusal of Delivery
If an item is returned to us due to prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery after shipping, we will cancel the order and charge you for the round-trip shipping cost.
