Shipping in Japan
This page explains delivery within Japan. For delivery outside Japan, please see "International Shipping". Shipping fees and the conditions for free shipping differ from those for international delivery.
Home Delivery (Yamato Transport) Shipping Fees
Orders are delivered by Yamato Transport (the carrier cannot be selected). The shipping fee and the order amount required for free shipping vary depending on the delivery region.

*All shipping fees and order amounts include tax.
*Deliveries to remote islands are charged the shipping fee of the prefecture they belong to.
*Some products, such as large items, have different shipping fees or delivery methods. Please check each product page.
- Chugoku & Shikoku: Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, and Kochi Prefectures
- Kyushu & Hokkaido: Hokkaido, and Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima Prefectures
- Regardless of the size of the products, orders are delivered at the shipping fees above.
- If your order includes an out-of-stock item, all items will be shipped together once everything is available.
- Please note that if you cancel after the products have shipped, you will be charged the actual shipping cost.
Smart Letter and Letter Pack
Some small products (picture books, etc.) can be delivered by Smart Letter or Letter Pack.

- Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- If ordered together with products delivered by home delivery, everything will be delivered together by home delivery. In that case, please select "Bundle with other products" as the delivery method (no shipping fee is charged for this product). "Bundle with other products" cannot be selected when ordering this product on its own. If it is selected for an order of this product alone, we will contact you again regarding the shipping fee.
Product Shipping
Items in stock
We ship from our store on the Thursday following your order date. If that Thursday is a public holiday, we ship one day earlier, on the Wednesday of the same week.
*If you choose bank transfer, we ship on the Thursday following confirmation of your payment.
Items not in stock
We will inform you of the delivery schedule separately by email. Depending on the product, it may take about 2 to 3 weeks.
If you would like name engraving
Please allow about 5 additional business days beyond the delivery schedule above.
Specifying a Delivery Date
You can specify a delivery date based on the conditions described in "Product Shipping". However, in addition to stock status, delivery may be delayed due to region, weather, and other factors. To ensure delivery, please allow a few days' margin when specifying a date.
- Delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa: at the earliest, 2 days or more after shipment
- Delivery to Honshu and Shikoku: at the earliest, the day after shipment or later
The earliest delivery is possible when the order is placed by the morning of one of our business days, payment is made by credit card or another electronic payment method, and all ordered items are in stock. Please note that if you specify morning delivery, one additional day is required.
Delivery Time Slots
You can choose a delivery time slot from the following four options.
- Morning
- 14:00–16:00
- 16:00–18:00
- 18:00–20:00
Combined and Split Shipments
We ship the products in each order together.
- Products ordered after an order has been completed cannot be combined with the shipment of the earlier order. The same applies when you add products in a separate order after ordering a pre-order item.
- If a single order contains multiple products, we generally do not offer split shipping, in which only some of the products are shipped first. If you order pre-order items or items with different delivery schedules together, all items will be shipped together once everything is available.
Sender Name on Deliveries
Deliveries are sent under the sender name "Comomg Co., Ltd." For gifts and other cases where the person placing the order and the recipient are different, we write the orderer's name in the remarks field of the shipping label. If you would like to change the sender name, please note this in the remarks field when ordering.
