■ About courier service
The shipping company will deliver it by Yamato Transport. (Delivery company cannot be selected)

・Regardless of the size of the product, we will deliver it at the above price.
・If the ordered items include out-of-stock items, they will be shipped together after all items are in stock. If you wish to send the item separately, the shipping fee will be calculated for each item sent.
・Please note that if you cancel after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost.
■ About smart letters and letter packs
Some products (name tags, picture books, etc.) can be delivered by smart letter, letter pack, etc.

■ About product shipment
In-stock items will be shipped from our shop on the Thursday following the order date.
If the following Thursday is a holiday, we will ship the following Wednesday.
*If you choose bank transfer, we will ship the next Thursday after payment is confirmed.
If the item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery date separately by e-mail.
*It may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on the product.
If you would like to engrave your name, please add 5 business days to the above delivery date.
■ About specifying delivery date
It is possible to specify the delivery date based on the conditions of "About product shipment" described above. However, in addition to the stock status, the delivery status may be affected by the region and weather. In order to ensure delivery on a specified delivery date , please allow a few days for your order.
・Delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa can be made within 2 days after shipment.
・Delivery to Honshu and Shikoku is the shortest "after the day after shipment"
For orders placed by the morning of our business day, the payment method is cash on delivery or card payment. In addition, if all the ordered products are in stock, we will be able to respond in the "shortest possible time". In addition, if the delivery is specified in the morning, +1 day delivery is required.

■Regarding the name of the sender at the time of delivery
The sender will be delivered under the name of "Komamugu Co., Ltd."
If the orderer and delivery address are different for gifts, etc., the name of the orderer will be specified in the remarks column of the shipping label.
If you wish to change the sender's name, please indicate this in the remarks column when ordering.
