■ About Parcel Delivery
Deliveries are made via Yamato Transport. (You are not able to choose a different carrier.)

・Regardless of item size, shipping is charged at the rates above.
・If your order includes an out-of-stock item, all items will be shipped together once everything is available. If you would like separate shipments, shipping will be calculated for each item shipped.
・If you cancel after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred.
■ About Smart Letter / Letter Pack
Some items (such as name tags and picture books) can be shipped via Smart Letter or Letter Pack.
・Smart Letter ¥180 (incl. tax) / No tracking / Delivered to your mailbox
・Letter Pack Light ¥370 (incl. tax) / Tracking included / Delivered to your mailbox
・Letter Pack Plus ¥520 (incl. tax) / Tracking included / Delivered in person
These options do not allow a specified delivery date or time. Also, if combined with other items, the entire order will be shipped via parcel delivery instead.
■ About Shipping Timing
In-stock items
Orders are shipped the Thursday following your order date.
If that Thursday is a national holiday, orders will ship the preceding Wednesday instead.
※For bank transfer payments, orders ship the Thursday following payment confirmation.
Out-of-stock items
We will contact you by email with a separate delivery estimate.
※Some products may require an additional 2–3 weeks.
If engraving is requested
Please allow approximately 5 additional business days beyond the above delivery times.
■ About Specifying a Delivery Date
Based on the shipping conditions described above, you may specify a delivery date. However, delivery timing can be affected by stock availability, region, and weather conditions. To ensure your order arrives on your specified date, please place your order with a few days to spare.
・Deliveries to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa: earliest possible is 2 days after shipping
・Deliveries to Honshu and Shikoku: earliest possible is the day after shipping
The fastest delivery option is available only for orders placed by the morning of a business day, paid by cash-on-delivery or credit card, with all items in stock. Please note that specifying morning delivery requires one additional day.
■ About Delivery Time
You may choose from the following 4 delivery time windows.
1: Morning
2: 14:00–16:00
3: 16:00–18:00
4: 18:00–20:00
■ About Combining or Splitting Shipments
We ship all items from a single order together.
・Items ordered separately after your order is complete cannot be combined with your previous order.
・If a single order contains multiple items, we are unable to ship some items ahead of others (split shipping).
・If your order includes pre-order items or items with different delivery timelines, all items will be shipped together once everything is ready.
Likewise, if you place an additional order for a pre-order item, that will also be shipped separately, according to its own order.
We are unable to combine or split shipments once an order is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
■ About the Sender's Name on Delivery
Orders are shipped with "comomg Co., Ltd." listed as the sender.
For gifts where the orderer and the recipient are different, we will note the orderer's name in the remarks section of the delivery slip.
If you'd like the sender's name changed, please let us know in the order notes.
