About overseas delivery
International orders are shipped via Japan Post.
■ Customs Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), import taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar charges may apply when your package arrives.
These charges vary depending on the destination country/region and the value of your order. Please note that these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined according to the regulations of the destination country or region.
Please also note that taxes applied to shipping costs are calculated based on the actual shipping cost incurred for international delivery, rather than the discounted shipping fee charged to customers.
If these charges are refused by the customer, the package may be returned to Japan or destroyed by customs in the destination country.
Please understand that in such cases, we are unable to refund product costs or shipping fees.

■ About product shipment
Items that are in stock will normally be shipped from our store within 3 business days after the order is placed.
*If you select bank transfer, we will ship within 3 business days after confirming payment.
If the item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery date separately by e-mail.
