Donguri no Saka

The Donguri Slope, a dedicated ramp for playing with Donguri Korokoro. A simple, soothing wooden toy made from laminated hinoki (Japanese cypress) grown in Saitama.

Q. Should I choose the Small or the Large?
A. The Small has a compact width, just right for playing with a single acorn. The Large is wider and fits up to 3 acorns side by side, so siblings or friends can race to see whose acorn is fastest.

Q. What kind of sound does it make?
A. As the acorns roll down, the slope gives off a pleasant wooden sound unique to hinoki.

Q. Is the paint safe?
A. The paint used (Osmo Color Extra Clear) is safe even if licked, and once dry, the coating meets the German industrial standard DIN53160 (saliva/sweat resistance test), the EU toy safety standard EN71-3, and Japan's Food Sanitation Act (toy standard).
