A gentle color, naturally dyed with coffee.

The hat of this special Donguri Korokoro
has been dyed using recycled coffee grounds.

Every day, used coffee grounds are collected from Cafemugu,
the café operated by Comomg.
Instead of discarding them, we transform them into a natural dye,
giving each piece a soft, warm brown tone.

The body is crafted from Japanese Hinoki cypress sourced in Saitama.

This project reflects our hope for a more sustainable future—
making use of familiar local materials,
supporting healthy forests and local communities,
and reducing reliance on petroleum-based resources.

We also hope that, through play,
children can naturally experience and connect with these ideas.

Place Donguri Korokoro on a gently sloped surface,
and watch it wobble and walk its way down with a charming rhythm.

Any flat board-like surface can become a slope—
such as trays, books, or wooden boards.

As it moves,
Donguri Korokoro creates a soft and soothing wooden sound.

Its unique motion and natural sound
bring joy and relaxation not only to children,
but to adults as well.
