A Jack-o'-lantern version of "Donguri Korokoro," the wooden toy featuring an acorn-hat character that walks charmingly down a slope. A limited Halloween edition.

• As it slowly rolls down the slope, the wooden ball taps against the wood with a pleasant "koto-koto" sound — a slow movement that even the eyes of little ones whose vision is still developing can easily follow.
• Children's hand movements are still less developed than adults', and their hands can get sweaty and slippery, but the acorn cap's protrusions are shaped to be easy for small hands to grip firmly.
• The paint and adhesive meet Japanese and international safety standards that are safe even if licked (see the FAQ below for details).

Tilt the base slightly to create a slope, and it will wobble sweetly as it makes its way down. The cute Jack-o'-lantern face brings a lively Halloween touch to any room, even just displayed on a shelf.

Recommended for ages 3 and up. Since the movement is slow, an adult can move it for babies still crawling to enjoy together.

A. It's recommended for ages 3 and up. Even younger children can enjoy watching the cute rolling motion when an adult moves it for them.

A. As it rolls down the slope, the wooden ball taps against the wood, making a pleasant "koto-koto" sound.

Q. Is the paint and adhesive safe?
A. The paint used (Osmo Color, Garden Color) is safe even if licked. Once dry, the coating meets the German industrial standard DIN 53160 (saliva and sweat resistance test), the European toy safety standard EN71-3, and Japan's Food Sanitation Act (toy standards). The adhesive used, Titebond III, is also highly safe (FDA-approved in the US, compliant with ASTM D4236).

Q. Can I buy it any time?
A. It's not guaranteed every year, but orders typically open from late August to September. Once sold out, it won't be available again until the following season, and it's not certain whether it will be produced again the following year.
